SOS was founded in 2004 when the staging industry was in its infancy. Since that time, we have helped thousands of homeowners, real estate agents, investors and builders get their properties prepared, staged and sold. SOS provides efficient, expert solutions for anyone looking to get their property ready for market.
In 2021, SOS expanded to provide an estate sale retail store, SOS Home. We host our client's estate sales in our storefront to provide easy estate liquidation in a retail environment.

Tracy Molendi, founder and owner of SOS, has been a highly effective, home staging trailblazer throughout Central Illinois. She not only spearheaded the largest staging company in her region, she has earnestly dedicated herself to educating both real estate professionals and homeowners with her classroom events.

She is a local and national leader for RESA, a mentor to her peers, an international speaker, RESA Kissimmee Mastermind facilitator, a best selling author, and is an Illinois certified CE Instructor.

Tracy Molendi is a RESA-Pro, RESP, CHSE, Past RESA Illinois State President, RESA Top Producer Committee chairperson and was voted one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging in 2018, 2019, 2020. Her most recent ventures include obtaining her real estate license and opening a furniture and home decor retail store called SOS Home.
